Booking Terms & Conditions

Please phone first to confirm that the dates wanted are available.

  • The dates for a provisional booking will be held for you for seven days. A deposit of 50 will be needed to secure those weeks. If you are making a late booking, the full amount must be paid

  • The balance should be paid 4 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. No reminders will be sent after deposit is received and confirmation of booking is sent out

  • If the bank for whatever reason does not honour any cheque a charge will be levied to cover this

  • We must be notified of any amendment to the names or booking details prior to departure

  • Only the persons named on the booking form shall be permitted to occupy the accommodation. In no circumstances must the number of persons occupying the apartment exceed that stated on the booking form

  • Cancellations - we must be notified in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations any time after booking will entitle the owner to retain the deposit paid by the client

  • Keys will be sent approximately 14 days before your holiday and should be returned as soon as possible when you are back

  • Clients have use of a private phone line in the apartment. A deposit of £30 will be retained prior to the holiday for the return of the key and the use of the phone. This will be refunded to you less the cost of any phone calls made as soon as we receive the key. Clients making more than the total deposit's worth of calls will be billed for the extra on returning

  • On the day of your departure the apartment must be vacated by 10:30am. In the case of a late flight, it may be possible to arrange for you to remain longer in the apartment if no one is due in on the same day. Please check with us for details

  • The owners cannot be held liable in the event that the complex’ facilities are not available due to circumstances beyond their control

  • For the purpose of maintenance/emergencies the owners reserve the right to allow the management company entry into the apartment at any time

  • If there is a need to replace locks due to loss of apartment keys this will result in an extra charge of £60

  • *** The client is strongly advised to arrange their own holiday insurance. The apartment is used at your own risk. The owners cannot accept liability for loss or damage in respect to personal valuables or effects ***
